In various excursions, the students gained detailed insights into the areas of flour milling, grist milling, banking, bakery and agriculture, so that they could also get a better mental grasp of political and economic events. Business processes should thus be explored in a simple and practical way. In interdisciplinary project tasks, the experiences are processed, discussed and comprehensively presented by means of presentations. This is followed by a simplified simulation of business events in which the students have to conduct negotiation talks and make decisions. Group discussions are used to reflect on, discuss and evaluate the experiences together with the teaching staff, which should make learning content easier to understand. In this context, a big thank you also goes to all the companies involved, who made this project possible in the first place.
