Dear Parents!

Perhaps you are wondering what criteria we use to allocate places at our schools? On the one hand, we take into account the date of school registration and, of course, the academic performance of your child. If you have another child at one of our institutions, your application will also be given priority. A place at the school of your choice is guaranteed once you have signed a fixed contract with the school in question. Please call the respective school directly to inquire about the monthly school fee.

Information about the school registration process

The reception of applications for admission in the secretariat is possible at the following times:

Mondays to Fridays 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
In exceptional cases, other appointments are possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2023/24 SCHOOL YEAR:

On February 10, 2023, your child will receive the educational recommendation in elementary school. The period from February 13 to March 3, 2023 is set for grammar schools and high schools for registration with educational recommendation.

At our schools we are open for you as follows:

on 13. and 14.02.2023 from 08:00 to 13:00 o'clock

on 20. and 21.02.2023 from 08:00 to 13:00 o'clock and

on 01. and 02.03.2023 from 08:00 to 13:00 o'clock       

At the time of registration must be handed in: 

• the original of the educational recommendation
• the transition form (application for admission) signed by the legal guardians
• the copy of the half-year information class 4
• the copy of the child's birth certificate
• Proof of sole custody (for single parents)
• If applicable, form Information about special educational needs in case of change of school (filled in by the sending elementary school)
• Original vaccination card (for proof of measles vaccination)
