School Assembly number one took place on October 29th in our gym and brought the entire school community together. In a positive atmosphere, the Student Council introduced themselves and our special year as a ZDF partner school was recognized.
On October 24 at 10 a.m., the "Wishing Tree Campaign" of the Federal Employment Agency took place in our schoolyard in front of the gym. The project was launched together with representatives of the employment agency, the school management, the mayor and pupils. An apple tree and two bee trees were planted.
For the very first time, the International Schools Niederwürschnitz took part in the Chemnitz company run - and what can we say: it was a complete success!
Year 6 pupils successfully took part in the ADAC "Achtung Auto" program and a bicycle course. During the braking distance test and the ride in an ADAC car, they experienced impressively how important it is to pay attention and behave correctly in road traffic.
